jjjpkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jjjpkr," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jjjpkr platform, operated by its internationally licensed parent entity, accessible at jjjpkr.net.
• "Platform" means the jjjpkr website at jjjpkr.net, its mobile browser interface, all games, the sportsbook, the cashier, account management tools, and all related services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the jjjpkr Platform or accesses any portion of jjjpkr.net.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on jjjpkr.
• "Balance" means real-money funds deposited by a Player and held in their jjjpkr Account, net of wagers placed and winnings credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by jjjpkr subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification as required under jjjpkr's licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency supported on the jjjpkr Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

To register a jjjpkr Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and a Pakistani mobile number where applicable;
• Not already hold an existing active or suspended jjjpkr Account;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player under any jjjpkr self-exclusion programme currently in effect;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• Accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in full.

jjjpkr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

Each Player may hold only one Account on jjjpkr. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by the same personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jjjpkr will close all duplicate Accounts and may permanently ban the Player from re-registering.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication configuration. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. jjjpkr accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify jjjpkr immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation. jjjpkr recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in Account Settings.

You are responsible for keeping your Account details accurate and current. If your registered email address, mobile number, or payment details change, you must update your Account promptly. jjjpkr cannot be held responsible for communications or transactions that fail due to outdated Account information.

jjjpkr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited to your Account in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion fees applied by jjjpkr.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the jjjpkr cashier section and may vary by payment method. jjjpkr reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed in real time under normal circumstances.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within minutes under normal network conditions.
• jjjpkr does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which jjjpkr accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests from your jjjpkr Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. jjjpkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The withdrawal method must match or be compatible with your deposit method where technically required by the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier and vary by method. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• jjjpkr targets processing all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Actual crediting times depend on the receiving institution and payment network.
• jjjpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where anti-money laundering checks or fraud prevention procedures require it.

jjjpkr offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, PSL season promotions, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

General conditions applicable to all jjjpkr bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms. As a general rule, slots contribute at full rate; live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• jjjpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where feasible.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting using Bonus Funds, hedging bets across accounts, or structured low-risk play designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.

All games available on jjjpkr — including slot machines, live dealer tables, table games, and game shows — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited to confirm statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-term statistical average return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

The jjjpkr sportsbook accepts wagers on cricket (including PSL, ICC events, and domestic competitions), football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook section. The following sportsbook conditions apply:

• All bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Late or failed confirmation attempts resulting from technical issues on the player's end do not obligate jjjpkr to honour the requested odds.
• In-play bets — including ball-by-ball PSL markets — are subject to a brief delay for integrity verification. jjjpkr reserves the right to void in-play bets if live data from the governing event is disputed or unavailable.
• jjjpkr reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where an obvious pricing error occurred, where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, or where integrity concerns are identified.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market are published within the sportsbook. Attempts to circumvent stake limits through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering will be treated as prohibited conduct.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjjpkr and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Holding, operating, or benefiting from more than one jjjpkr Account;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions — any winnings resulting from known or suspected technical errors must be reported immediately and will be void;
• Money laundering, using jjjpkr to process funds of illicit origin, or any activity designed to circumvent anti-money laundering obligations;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus abuse using Bonus Funds;
• Depositing using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in any conduct that jjjpkr determines to be harmful to the integrity of its platform or to other players.

jjjpkr is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered jjjpkr players at no charge and without delay:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. A notification will appear when your limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen reminders of your session duration and net balance.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. jjjpkr will take all reasonable steps to enforce exclusions, including removing your details from marketing lists and blocking login attempts.

All content on the jjjpkr Platform — including but not limited to the jjjpkr name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game content, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of jjjpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content;
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineering any software component of the Platform;
• Using any jjjpkr trademark, trade name, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjjpkr and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or network interruptions beyond jjjpkr's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or other content displayed on the Platform that contained errors subsequently corrected;
• Any interruption to payment processing caused by third-party providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or cryptocurrency network congestion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes jjjpkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

jjjpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law;
• Account activity that jjjpkr determines poses unacceptable risk or harm to the Platform or other players;
• Regulatory or legal requirements;
• Inactivity — accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to account dormancy procedures as specified in the cashier section.

You may close your jjjpkr Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing and KYC confirmation.

jjjpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jjjpkr will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-screen notification upon your next login. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jjjpkr following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
